The Bully is an elite enemy in Arknights.

Enemy description

Special melee combatants. Their unstoppable bulk is equivalent to blocking three normal enemies, and Operators who cannot block three enemies may not be able to halt their advance at all.

A brutish Lungmen mobster with towering physique and surprisingly good mobility, Bullies have sheer HP and significant ATK and DEF, allowing them to soak heavy punishment from Physical attacks while at the same time delivering heavy blows. To make things worse, Bullies are counted as three enemies when blocked (thus the Bully cannot be blocked by friendlies with a block count of two or lower and will simply charge past them), which make it difficult to stop them without Defenders especially due to the Bully's high speed.
