A Durinese UGV intended to sober up drunkards around the Zeruertzan Aquapit beach by splashing them with a water cannon but are not properly programmed to distinguish between drunk and sober people (or possibly due to being tampered with by pranksters), causing it to bring indiscriminate, splashy chaos wherever it goes, Mead-Grade Waker-Uppers have good HP, very high ATK and significant DEF that make them tough opponents, although their low RES means Arts damage is the best option against them. To compound this, when the Waker-Upper takes damage for the first time, it will have its speed doubled and attacks by using its dreaded water cannon with an increased ASPD of 100 for 30 seconds, allowing it to effortlessly knock out any but the strongest Operator in its path. It is recommended to either burst down Mead-Grade Waker-Uppers ASAP or stall them by Stunlocking the Waker-Upper or keeping them Frozen; in IC operations, the Self-Driving Carts is particularly very useful for this.
