The Beast Trap is a deployable device in the Reclamation Algorithm game mode of Arknights, introduced in Tales Within the Sand where it can be produced once the Headquarters is upgraded to Level 4 and each requires 1 and 4
.
Beast Traps can be used to catch Wild Beasts other than Sandfall Crystalhoofs and Spined Shellbeasts alive by deploying it towards one with less than 50% HP remaining; once the Trap activates (which takes a short time), the target Beast will be placed in a Game Holding Cage and will be added to the player's inventory as its captured counterpart once the operation ends.
An improved version, High-Grade Beast Trap, can be produced once the Headquarters is upgraded to Level 5 for 5 , 2
, and 5
each, which will catch the target almost instantly and regardless of its HP!
