The Hypnotic Censer is a deployable device in the Reclamation Algorithm game mode of Arknights, which costs 2

to produce.
Hypnotic Censers can be used to pacify enemies by putting them to Sleep for a short time. However, its main use is to make Wild Beasts easier to hunt down, as the Sleep lasts much longer and they will become docile again upon waking up.
