The Shanhaizhong Cipher Machine is a summoned unit in Arknights. It is an apparatus used by the Shanhaizhong to provide cipher for (i.e. encrypting) their messages and communications, improving their members' coordination and reaction.
Shanhaizhong Cipher Machines are deployed by Shanhaizhong Relayers and Harbingers if they are ever allowed to reach a Yumen Catastrophe Defense on the spot, which increases the ASPD and speed of enemies by 25% and 15%, respectively; both effects can stack if multiple Cipher Machines are present.
Where be No Mounts and Seas has pre-deployed Shanhaizhong Cipher Machines.
