The Shanhaizhong Harbinger is a normal enemy in Arknights.
Enemy description
A Shanhaizhong member responsible for analyzing intel and relaying tactical orders. With their use of ciphers, they're more like trained professionals than a disorganized band of rogues.

Shanhaizhong Harbingers are the upgraded version of Shanhaizhong Relayers with increased stats.
