The Shanhaizhong Relayer is a normal enemy in Arknights.
Enemy description
A Shanhaizhong member responsible for relaying tactical orders. With their use of ciphers, they're more like trained professionals than a disorganized band of rogues.

Since the Cipher Machines provide a stacking ASPD and speed buff for all enemies, it is advisable to destroy any of them as soon as possible or prevent the Relayer from reaching vacant Catastrophe Defenses.
