Enemy description
A gangster hired to sow chaos, adept at evading capture and acting quickly. The thermal amplification devices they are equipped with have not actually been tested for safety.

Overview[edit]

Paramilitary Thief Leaders are the upgraded version of Paramilitary Thieves with increased stats.

  • Cannot be blocked.
  • Has 0/5 Energy (displayed as a yellow meter below the HP meter); each point of Energy increases DEF by 20%.

Overload
Enters the Overload state for 10 seconds when Energy is at maximum, gaining the following traits:
  • DEF and RES increased by 200% and 30, respectively.
  • Reduces Energy to 0 after the Overload state ends.
