The Paramilitary Thief is a normal enemy in Arknights.

Enemy description
A gangster hired to sow chaos, more interested in stealing property than injuring others. The thermal amplification devices they are equipped with have not actually been tested for safety.

Overview

A gangster infiltrator and thief hired by the corrupt bank of Davistown and equipped with an experimental thermal energy pack, Paramilitary Thieves are similar to Wraiths in which they cannot be blocked and quite a fleet of foot, but can store 5 Energy to enter the Overload state, increasing their bulk and making them harder to stop in time.
