The Shanhaizhong Skirmisher is a normal enemy in Arknights.
Enemy description
An ordinary Shanhaizhong member with a complex past. Their ridiculous slogan of "the mounts, seas, and all in between shall be our master's" has spurred a large group of bandits to make trouble all over Yan.

A Yanese ruffian who joined the Shanhaizhong and makes use of their archery for the cause.
