The Touch of the Sanguinarch is a normal enemy in Arknights.
Enemy description
A creation of the Sanguinarch of Vampires' Originium Arts, flexible and difficult to defeat. According to rumors, the Sanguinarch is able to snatch the blood of other creatures, imbuing new life into it and taking it under his control.
