Soldiers from the experimental unit born of the "Horizon Arc Project," able to fly at low altitudes with their jet propulsion equipment.

Overview

A Columbian Union Army commando with experimental equipment including a jetpack and directed-energy handgun courtesy of Project Horizon Arc, Arc Commandos use a ranged attack with moderate ATK and range, and gains Low-Altitude Hovering if their movement speed reaches at least 0.9 tiles/second from being boosted by the Gravity, which can be taken out by inflicting the Commando with Negative Statuses.
