The Arc Commando is a normal enemy in Arknights.
Enemy description
Soldiers from the experimental unit born of the "Horizon Arc Project," able to fly at low altitudes with their jet propulsion equipment.

A Columbian Union Army commando with experimental equipment including a jetpack and directed-energy handgun courtesy of Project Horizon Arc, Arc Commandos use a ranged attack with moderate ATK and range.
