The Siracusan Civilian is a normal enemy in Arknights.

Enemy description
These Siracusan civilians seem to have strayed into fighting despite having been evacuated along with the rest of the crowd earlier. For whatever reason, whenever an incident of any sort happens, everyone's wrath falls upon you.

Overview[edit]

A Siracusan non-combatant who were unfortunate enough to be caught in the crossfire involving Volsinii famiglia who sees them under their protection and can be out for blood when something happens to them.

Ability Initial CD Cooldown

Innate

Reduces the automatic Blood Debt generation rate by 1 (stacks).

Passive

When defeated, increase the Blood Debt by 40.

Ensuring Siracusan Civilians' survival is recommended to lower the pressure faced by the player from the Blood Debt accumulation, but letting them be taken out by enemies (which includes the Famiglia ones that were supposedly protecting them for gameplay reasons) could make things more difficult.
