The Energy Overflow Converter is a Directional EC Unit in the Stationary Security Service game mode of Arknights, introduced in the third Dispatch Cycle, "Southern", and can only be used in the Alsterii Bellariorum Manufacture Platform.

The Energy Overflow Converter passively increases the ATK and ASPD of Operators by 12% and 12, respectively, for each enemy they are blocking (e.g. Defenders who are blocking three enemies gain +36% ATK and +36 ASPD). In addition, the Converter will always be in the Deployment Waiting Zone at the start of operations.

When the Energy Overflow Converter is deployed, the player will receive Transfer Permits equal to the block count of all deployed Operators × 4 (e.g. having four Defenders deployed for a total of 12 block count gives 48 Permits)

Directional EC Components

	Branch A: Overclock Transformation Module The active effect now gives Transfer Permits equal to the block count of all deployed Operators × 7 (not by giving 3 Transfer Permits for every melee Operator deployed as stated in-game).
	Branch B: Energy Recovery Module Melee Operators restore 1 SP every 5 seconds for each enemy they are blocking, which caps at 5.
