The Dice is a deployable device in the Integrated Strategies game mode of Arknights, featured on Mizuki & Caerula Arbor.

As the name suggests, the Dice is "rolled" by deploying it, which reduces the ASPD and movement speed of enemies for 15 seconds and may also cut the redeployment time of friendly units that are waiting for redeployment depending on the result; see the table below for more information. Using the Dice consumes 1 die roll however and only one Dice is available in each operation, so use it wisely.

In Caerula Arbor's Expansion II, unlocking the "For Survival" Cognitive Shaping node increases the number of available Dice in an operation to 15, but the player still consumes die rolls to use it (i.e. the player cannot use the Dice if they have no die rolls left).

The Dice comes in three variants depending on the state of the player's dice, which have different effects:

  • The basic 6-Sided Dice which do not shorten friendly redeployment time.
  • The improved 8-Sided Dice which may reduce enemy ASPD and MSPD more than the 6-Sided Dice, and halves friendly redeployment time.
  • The further improved 12-Sided Dice may reduce enemy ASPD and MSPD more than the 6-Sided and 8-Sided Dice, and halves or eliminates friendly redeployment time.
