Originium Altar
The Originium Altar is a static device in Arknights. It is an apparatus used in ancient Sarkaz "cannibalism"/"witchcraft" rituals.[1]

Originium Altars periodically releases a Pulse Wave that inflicts True damage to both friendlies and enemies in its wake. Therefore, it is prudent to deploy friendly units away from the Altars; otherwise, additional healing is required to mitigate the damage taken. Conversely, try to stall or redirect enemies inside the Altar's radius so that the Pulse Waves' damage will do most of the work.

Patriot's Originium Altar is identical to a regular Originium Altar but its Pulse Wave deals much more damage and only affects enemies, albeit having a longer activation interval, and can be distinguished by having a brighter crystal.
Patriot's Originium Altar currently appear exclusively in R8-6.
