Coating Device Conduction Valve

The Coating Device Conduction Valve is a Directional EC Unit in the Stationary Security Service game mode of Arknights, introduced in the first Dispatch Cycle, "Far West", following the mode's second rework and can only be used in Under-Construction Dossoles Plate.

The Coating Device Conduction Valve passively applies the following effects:

  • Defenders and Guards have their maximum HP and DEF increased by 50% and 30%, respectively.
  • Blocked enemies have their ATK and DEF reduced by 5% every 5 seconds, up to 50%.

When the Coating Device Conduction Valve is deployed, the friendly unit ahead of it receives a Barrier that can absorb damage equal to their maximum HP and have their block count increased by 2; the Conduction Valve can store up to two charges to do the aforementioned (although this is not acknowledged in-game).

A Redeployment Conduction Component is available (reduces the DP cost of units in the Deployment Waiting Zone (except the Conduction Component itself) by 3 while in the Waiting Zone as well; gives one charge to Coating and transfers a unit when deployed).

Branch B: Counter Conduction Component
  • The intermittent ATK/DEF reduction on blocked enemies and its cap is increased to 8% and 80%, respectively.
  • Coating's SP cost is halved but it no longer increases the friendly unit's block count.
