"Gelato Stop"

The "Gelato Stop" is a static device in Arknights. While it appears to be a humble Lateran gelato vending machine from the outside, there's actually more to this device on the inside.

Gelato Stops are initially friendly or hostile and will be attacked by enemies and friendly units, respectively, although they attacks enemies/friendlies over the Stop which also regenerates HP over time. Once the Gelato Stop's HP reaches 0, it is not destroyed, but rather, releases a wave that deals Arts damage and Stuns friendlies/enemies in a radius of 2 tiles around the Stop, then enters a "standby" state for 20 seconds with full HP after which the Stop becomes friendly/hostile.

Gelato Stops periodically generates SP to of nearby friendly units or reloads the ammunition used by certain enemies. However, the SP generation/ammo reloading of multiple Gelato Stops do not stack if a single unit is in the area-of-effect of multiple Stops.

Addendum
The SP restoration applies to both friendly units (when the Gelato Stop is friendly) and enemies (when the Gelato Stop is hostile) as the latter's ammunition mechanic is technically provided by SP.
