Widely used on the battlefield, but currently a topic of debate on whether that should continue.

The Restanding Potion is a deployable device in the Reclamation Algorithm game mode of Arknights, introduced in Tales Within the Sand where it can be produced once the Headquarters is upgraded to Level 5 and each requires 1 Fresh Water.png, 1 Iron Ore.png, and 1 Stone.png.

Restanding Potions can be used to keep a friendly unit from being defeated; they will take damage as usual, but their HP cannot be reduced below 1, allowing them to hold back R.A.-exclusive bosses more effectively. However, take caution that once the Restanding Potion's effect expires, the friendly will be forcibly retreated and have their redeployment time doubled!

The Restanding Potion has two improved versions:

  • Restanding Potion II which lasts longer and no longer doubles the friendly unit's redeployment time, available for production alongside the normal version for 1 Fresh Water.png, 5 Iron Ore.png, and 2 Stone.png.
  • Restanding Potion III which lasts twice as long and halves the friendly unit's redeployment time instead, available for production once the Headquarters is upgraded to Level 6 for 1 Fresh Water.png, 5 Iron Ore.png, 1 Lighting Ore.png, and 2 Stone.png.
