“ | High-energy counter-projectile system. Be careful about burns when in its vicinity while active. | ” |
—Description |
The Temporary Cover is one of the three Combat Props in Operation Lucent Arrowhead, the second crossover between Arknights and Rainbow Six Siege, which can be used after CR-4 is cleared.
A portable, small-scale active protection system capable of harmlessly disarming projectiles mid-flight, the Temporary Cover intercepts an incoming Straight Shot and grenades released by Reckless/Impetuous Grenadiers on its area-of-effect with a short-lasting energy field that destroys the projectiles, with the active time being enough for it to intercept all projectiles of burst-firing Straight Shots used by Light Rapid Crossbowmen and Captain Mateo. The Temporary Cover won't be up permanently, however; it will self-destruct after 4 intercepts.
