The State-of-the-art Findings Distribution Terminal is a Directional EC Unit in the Stationary Security Service game mode of Arknights, introduced in the fifth Dispatch Cycle, "Clamour Zone".

The State-of-the-art Findings Distribution Terminal passively restores 5 SP to all Operators present and gives them a Barrier that can absorb damage equal to 20% of their maximum HP whenever a Rhine Lab Operator is transferred; R.L. Operators restores/gains twice as much SP and Barrier from this effect (10 and 40%, respectively). In addition, the Distribution Terminal will always be in the Waiting Zone at the start of an operation.

When the State-of-the-art Findings Distribution Terminal is deployed, the next four manual transfers will refund half of the Transfer Permits spent; if the transferred unit is an R.L. Operator, the transfer count will not go down.

Directional EC Components

	Branch A: Massive Resource Storage The SP and Barrier restored/given to Rhine Lab Operators through the passive effect is tripled (to 15 and 60% of maximum HP, respectively), and they will also have their ATK doubled for 20 seconds.
	Branch B: Confidential Contact Storage Now causes the next four manual transfers to refund all spent Transfer Permits when deployed.
