The Azazel Clinic, or Azazel for short, is a Terran organization. it is an underground Infected clinic providing shelters for persecuted Ursine Infected and run by Hellagur that is currently cooperating with Rhodes Island.

Background

Azazel was previously run by a close friend of Hellagur who plotted to betray the latter through their collaboration with Neon, Hellagur's adopted daughter. A fight eventually ensued between the two in order to protect the local patients, but it cost the betrayer's life who suffered a lonely death somewhere in an unnamed alley. The betrayal is considered another great trauma in Hellagur's life since his murder of his Higashinese friend during the Bloodpeak Campaign.

During the Chernobog rebellion started by Reunion, Azazel refused to cooperate with them, which let to the building's burn-down by the rioters. Luckily, through Buldrokkas'tee's relationship with Hellagur, the organization was spared from total destruction. Azazel later collaborated with R.I. during the stopping of the city's rampaging core city by trading crucial information regarding Patriot and providing the city's blueprint.

Following the Chernobog Crisis, the clinic is getting rebuilt as part of the Chernobog reconstruction project, under the Emperor's envoy's approval.
