All enemies (including the Last Steam Knight) have their HP, ATK, and DEF increased by 20%. The Last Steam Knight takes -30% Physical and Arts damage while his Pneumatic Pressurization is active (and by extension, throughout the Second Form), and is no longer Stunned when it expires. In the Second Form, Pneumatic Pressurization also increases The Last Steam Knight's MSPD by 50%.
