  • All enemies (including Manfred) have their HP, ATK, and DEF increased by 20%.
  • As long as Manfred is present on the map, the following enemies have an aura dealing Arts damage equal to 5% of Manfred's ATK to friendly units in a radius of 1.25 tiles around them every 0.5 seconds:
    • Gifts of Magnanimity
    • Sarkaz Heirbearer Artificer Captains
    • Sarkaz Heirbearer Warrior Captains
    • Sarkaz Heirbearer Wrathgorgers
    • Touches of Benevolence
  • Manfred's Military Training is only disabled for 8 seconds (the same as the Stun duration) when he is struck by the Londinium Secondary Defense Artillery.
  • Gifts of Magnanimity spawned from Sarkaz Heirbearer Wrathgorgers are excluded from the enemy counter.
  • Touches of Benevolence spawned from Sarkaz Heirbearer Warrior and Artificer Captains are excluded from the enemy counter.
