Happy 5.5th Anniversary, Doctors!
As a commemorative treat, Blaze is taking us to Baizao to be treated to a hearty meal by a talented chef, who happens to be one of the Sui fragments! A feast of delicious food, bountiful rewards and festive outfits await as we unravel more lore surrounding the Sui!
Yu is a 6★ Primal Protector Defender who makes his first physical appearance and is subsequently introduced as an Operator in the release of Such is the Joy of Our Reunion after he was previously mentioned in Nian's Talk #2 dialogue.
The youngest of the Sui siblings and a skilled, yet hot-headed chef, Yu is the third of the siblings to join the defense line, gaining the Sanctuary effect when blocking enemies and countering with Arts and DoT Burn Damage in the process, and recovering HP and Elemental Injury when there are no less than 4 allies in the battlefield. Through his skills, he increases his stats and can either mark himself as a likelier target for enemies and counterattack with Burn damage, deal instant Arts damage towards enemies within a wide area and teleport reachable melee enemies to his position for him to block and attack with Arts damage, or create a fire wall that allows passing Arts attacks of allies to deal extra Burn damage and has a chance of destroying passing enemy projectiles, while extending his HP and Elemental Injury recovery to every Operator in the battlefield.
Yu is voiced in Japanese by Ikue Ōtani, who is best known as the voice of Pikachu, the mascot character of the Pokémon franchise; and in English by Muyaruilin (who also voices Archetto, Grani, Pinecone, Projekt Red, and Savage in the Chinese dub), in her English voice acting debut.

About
Arknights is a mobile tower defense (TD) game developed by Hypergryph. It was first released in China (CN) on May 1, 2019, followed by releases in Japan, Korea, North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia (collectively referred to as Global) by Yostar on January 16, 2020, and in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau (TW) by Longcheng on June 29, 2020.
At first glance, Arknights may appear to be a typical TD game, but it distinguishes itself with a high level of difficulty due to intricate map designs, unique enemy mechanics, and complex combat puzzles. A core strength of the game lies in Operator management—strategically deploying units and using their abilities effectively is essential for success. Additionally, the game includes a robust base-building system that supports resource generation and Operator development.
Arknights uses a gacha system for acquiring new Operators. However, most stages are designed to be completable using Operators of more common rarities. The Recruitment system also allows players to obtain many older, high-rarity Operators for free, though this is relatively rare.
Due to staggered release schedules and other regional differences, the Global server is typically about 6 months behind the CN server, while the TW server lags by around 8 months, placing it approximately 3 months behind Global.
