Fleeting Wish is a song by the Japanese voice actress Ayahi Takagaki, who voices FrostNova in Arknights: Prelude to Dawn and Perish in Frost, that acts as the ending theme in the 8th and final episode of the latter. It is also covered in Chinese by KIYO who also voices FrostNova in the Chinese dub of Perish in Frost under the title Fleeting Wish (Monster Siren Records), which is used in the aforementioned.
