Ageless
The Ageless (singular and plural), also known as long-lived, are a group of people in the world of Arknights.
Description[edit]
"Ageless" is an Terran umbrella term for humans of various races who achieve immortality through the power of Originium with various means depending on the Ageless in question, and they master different kinds of Originium Arts that are unique from others'.[1] As a matter of fact, many ordinary Terrans either do not know much of them, or they perceive them as some sort of high-and-mighty "gods."
The Ageless' immortality could bring two extreme sides. On one hand, some Ageless see their immortality as a curse that strangles them from liberation of their suffering, but they cannot kill themselves due to the curse.[2] On the other hand, some Ageless become so manipulative that they enhance their immortality to its maximum such as becoming an embodiment of a nation.
