Every month during Phantom & Crimson Solitaire, players can opt to perform a Monthly Squad run as long as they have performed one run regardless of the outcome, which has the following unique differences than a normal run:

• The player starts with three specific Temporary Recruitment Operators, a specific Collectible, 8 , 0 , 16 , and a squad size of 6.
• Only the following Squads that can be used, regardless of whether the player have unlocked them or not: Leader Squad, Gathering Squad, Support Squad, Spearhead Squad, and Research Squad.
• No Candle will be awarded.
• The Preparations Behind Scenes do not apply to Monthly Squad runs.

Monthly Squads also features the following.

• Conversations: Three transcripts of the Monthly Squad Operators' chat regarding the Collectible given at the start of the Monthly Squad run. The first Conversation is unlocked upon starting the Monthly Squad run for the first time while the second and third Conversations are unlocked upon entering 3F and 5F, respectively for the first time with the Monthly Squad.
• Contract Reward: Reach 3F with the Monthly Squad for the first time to earn rewards given out at the end of the Monthly Squad run regardless of the outcome.

Once Crimson Solitaire's updates are concluded, all Monthly Squads will always be available.
