Generate Pure White Steam on all the tiles in the designated area within the time limit.
Additional Condition:
Fashion Street "Ordinary Aviators" no longer attack from range, enemies have significantly decreased HP, and "Fluffy Buddies" have significantly increased ATK.

- Fashion Street "Ordinary Aviators" have 5 ATK and an attack interval of 10 seconds, and neither does move nor use ranged attacks when stacked with a Hearty Heavy.
- "Fluffy Buddies" have 5000 ATK.
