DISCOVERED TERRA 3.0 is a PV released for Arknights, which is the third PV providing additional information about Terra and its countries.
The PV is mainly narrated by Kal'tsit and voiced by her Japanese voice actress Yōko Hikasa. But during the end the narrator switches to an unknown male Aegirian.

Kal'tsit logs into the PRTS and a map of Terra appears.
Kal'tsit: The fragile history of man treads on thin ice as it repeats cyclically. Civilizations rise and fall, time and time again, arriving in their present positions entirely by chance.
The country of Columbia is displayed.

Kal'tsit: Columbia, the fertile soil in which a new era grows. While the empires of old busied themselves dividing their interests, they created just the right environment for the pioneers to seize upon.
A Columbian desert is shown.
Kal'tsit: Greed gave birth to passion, and passion created opportunity. Yet in this gilded age, the sacrifices of those who ventured into the wilderness once again prove that civilization has always been a mask to hide barbarism.
A Columbian city – probably Trimounts – is shown.
Kal'tsit: Wealth and technology are cultivated in this vast wilderness, where the deep veins of gold and the stars in the sky become vessels for dreams.
The city scenery changes to night.
Kal'tsit: The rapid rise of Columbia is truly astounding.
Under the starry night, a large stone slab is standing in the wasteland.
Kal'tsit: In ancient times, when the stars bore witness, law manifested through struggle, giving birth to Sankta tribes.
A glowing halo forms around the stone slab before blinding the whole screen.
Kal'tsit: At the time, the Teekaz could not comprehend this act of betrayal, and suspicion ignited war.
The city of Laterano at night is shown.
Kal'tsit: The bloodstained past has long been forgotten, leaving behind only enduring hatred and the pristine city of Laterano. The delicate balance between desserts and firearms piqued the interest of the Liberi,...
A bird flies through the screen before Laterano is shown at day.
Kal'tsit: ...and the arrival of immigrants somewhat restrained the overly idyllic nature of the Sankta, bringing law back to the land of conquerors. The Lateran bells ring to this day, but no one remembers origins of the laws themselves, or the will that birthed them.
A rocky beach in Iberia is shown.
Kal'tsit: The Liberi brought the laws of the Lateran back to the glorious Iberia, fueling the already potent desire for supremacy in this land.

Suddenly the screen glitches and Kal'tsit voice get disorted. The map of Terra appears again while the voice of an unknown male Aegirian is now speaking.
Aegirian: Repeat. An Ægir broadcast to all surface-dwelling peoples.
The country of Aegir is displayed while an ocean is added to the map where there was unexplored area formerly.
