Unique to Near Light, event missions are shown in their dedicated Your Desk menu divided into Daily Tasks and Long-Term Goals.
In addition, completing NL missions will also raise the player's reputation with the Kazimierzian factions through the Prestige system.
Daily Task
Daily Task is similar to daily missions in which the player can accept up to three missions to complete every day to receive Tier 3 upgrade materials as the reward and increases the player's Prestige with the respective faction. Accepting Daily Task missions cost Agenda Proposals (A.P.); the player will receive 3 A.P. every day, which can be stacked up to 15 A.P.. Accepted missions can also be rejected, which will refund the A.P. spend to accept them. The Prestige increase from completing Daily Task missions match their respective A.P. cost.
The available Daily Task missions are chosen randomly and are refreshed every day; the player can also manually refresh the available selection once for each Daily Task mission completed, which can stack without a limit. However, only missions for NL operations the player have unlocked thus far that will be available.
The player can also fine-tune the Daily Task mission searches to focus on one particular Kazimierz faction and/or upgrade material.
