The Uraniborg or Empyreana Kazdellia is a floating city designed by Nasti Lunorey, the director of Rhine Lab Engineering section, which remains conceptual as of the events of Lone Trail.
The conception of the Uraniborg was inspired by Nasti's views on the millennia-old suffering of the Sarkaz. Like any Sarkaz, she too envisions that there will be a day when the Sarkaz can find their genuine "Promised Land". Yet she hopes that they can aim for a higher goal: domination of the sky to a level no Terran has ever dared to. By having the Uraniborg as the city of the firmament, it not only serves as the eternal settlement of the Sarkaz, but also allows R.L. to conduct research on the Starpod and eventually outer space.
In order to fulfill her goal, Nasti actively collaborated with Kristen Wright to search for the lost technologies of the space-faring civilization to fulfill her goal. Much of the research data from the Galleria Stellaria is essential for the development of the Uraniborg. To honor Kristen Wright, Nasti vows that she will engrave her name on the Uraniborg's furnaces.[1]
