The Secret HR Letter is a Collectible in Integrated Strategies, introduced in Ceobe's Fungimist.
Effect
Reduces the 
Hope cost to recruit 6★ Operators by 2, essentially reducing the cost by ~33% (from 6 to 4 ). The Secret HR Letter stacks with Draft of a Speech, further reducing the cost to 2 (by ~67%).
In Expeditioner's Joklumarkar, the Secret HR Letter is one of the Alterform Trinket Collectibles which has three additional variants depending on the difficulty level.
- Alpine (Braving Nature +3 or higher): Now also gives 1 when obtained.
- Tundra (Braving Nature +6 or higher): Now also gives 1 when obtained and gives a 50% chance for a pre-promoted 6★ Operator to appear during a recruitment.
- Polar (Braving Nature +9 or higher): Now also gives 2 when obtained and gives a 50% chance for a pre-promoted 6★ Operator to appear during a recruitment.
Acquisition
Except in Expeditioner's Joklumarkar, the player must have recruited four 6★ Operators on a run before the Secret HR Letter can be obtained from the next run.
