Specialist Operators have +30% ATK, and Caster Operators have +3% ATK
Rule the waves, rule the currents. Once, Ægir and the ocean were synonymous.
Effect
Increases the ATK of Casters and Specialists by 3% and 30%, respectively.
Acquisition
The player must choose "Take the risk to help him recover his equipment" in Encounter: The Last Tidewatcher at the cost of 1 
to obtain either the Vortex Confluence or 
Ocean Voyage.
