Broken Wand - Solving is a Collectible in Mizuki & Caerula Arbor, introduced in its Expansion II.

Item description
For every [Caster] Operator on the field, enemy RES -12.

A caster's greatest enemy is another caster.

Effect

Enemies have their RES reduced by 12 for every Caster present on the map (e.g. having three Casters deployed cause enemies to have -36 RES).

Acquisition

The player must have cleared the Emergency Operation version of Mutual Aid without losing Life Points before Broken Wand - Solving can be obtained from the next run.
