The Great Machinations is a Collectible in Mizuki & Caerula Arbor, introduced in its Expansion II.
Item description

Effect
Increases Light by 9 when the player cleared an operation without losing Life Points, which is accounted for on the result screen.
Acquisition
The player must have cleared the Emergency Operation version of Guns and Order without losing Life Points before the Great Machinations can be obtained from the next run.
