"Flashing Swords" is a Collectible in Mizuki & Caerula Arbor, introduced in its Expansion II.

Effect[edit]
Friendly units have their ASPD increased by 35 for every cursed Collectible in the player's possession. For instance, having 
Portrait of Breogan and 
Leviathan's Anabolism gives all friendlies +70 ASPD.
How to obtain[edit]
The player must have cleared the Emergency Operation version of Hunger and Thirst without losing Life Points before "Flashing Swords" can be obtained from the next run.
