"Flashing Swords" is a Collectible in Mizuki & Caerula Arbor, introduced in its Expansion II.
Item description
For each Cursed Curio you have, all allied units gain ASPD +35
Limited-edition montage from Wrankwood, showing the making-of and behind-the-scenes footage of classic action movies.
Effect
Friendly units have their ASPD increased by 35 for every cursed Collectible in the player's possession. For instance, having 
Portrait of Breogan and 
Leviathan's Anabolism gives all friendlies +70 ASPD.
Acquisition
The player must have cleared the Emergency Operation version of Hunger and Thirst without losing Life Points before "Flashing Swords" can be obtained from the next run.
