Item description
When obtained, randomly gain 2 Revelations[sic]

Effect
Applies two random Enlightenments when obtained.
Acquisition

The Last Refrain is obtained in Encounter: Paean, which will only appear when the player has the 
Caerula Animus.
Since the Caerula Animus is obtained from the namesake Encounter which will only appear when the player has the 
Bishop's Research which itself is obtained from Encounter: The Beginning which will only appear in the following runs after the player had completed a run with the Age of the Silence ending, it is impossible to obtain the Last Refrain before then.
