Effect
Operators gain a "reverse Tenacity" ATK buff that scales on their current HP instead of missing HP, which is capped to 30% at full HP.
Acquisition
The player must have defeated 500 Baleful Broodlings across all runs before the Old George Nutritional Paste can be obtained from the next run.
