Lone Trail features Case Investigations where the player can partake in investigations regarding the Horizon Arc Project to earn various rewards. It is available once CW-TR-1 is cleared.

There are four C.I. areas, with each requiring one Authorized Investigation Permit to carry out; the player starts with 2 A.I. Permits and receives 2 more daily, which can be stacked up to 4.

Once an investigation is carried out, the player will be given a task which must be completed to progress the investigation, unlocking a new task until all of the area's tasks are completed, at which the investigation is finished. Multiple areas can be investigated at once, but only one task from each area may be active at a time.

Areas and tasks

The S.H.A.F.T. is part of the Arc-01 project.
It focuses energy and projects it to H.A.M.H.R.R., manipulating enough energy to operate multiple nomadic cities at the same time.

Milestone

Recording

Upon reaching 100% in the progress of the Case Investigation, a voice recording will be played that varies depending on the area in question.

S.H.A.F.T.
The next age of us Terrans. An age when skies, for the first time, will know their masters.
H.A.M.H.R.R.
The way to what is above the skies has been shown to us. A way that is inevitably both perilous and propitious.
Galleria Stellaria
Minds of our land need to be united; we Terrans need an unified voice.
Hall of Stasis
One day in that age, all we wished for will be ours.

Technological Transformation

Once C.I. is unlocked, Technological Transformation will be activated until the end of the Lone Trail event, which periodically awards the player with a Technological Investigation Supply.png Technological Investigation Supply, which is not immediately given but instead placed in the transformation storage where the T.I. Supplies can be claimed anytime.

The transformation rate which determines the transfer interval where a T.I. Supply is given depends on the player's C.I. progress, which is updated daily. The transformation rate starts at 0% and increases to 100% after the first C.I. area is unlocked, then by 15% for every 20% of the C.I. progress.

The transformation storage can hold up to 16 T.I. Supplies; when this limit is reached, the transfer process will be paused. 2 T.I. Supplies will be added into the storage when a new investigation area is unlocked.
