If there are two different conditions to obtain the medal, separated by a slash (/), the first pertains to Under Tides' original run while the second pertains to SV's rerun.

Under Tides Engraved Medal Set

A set of engraved medals that recollects a brush with death along the shores. You finally glimpsed a portion of the ocean's boundless power. The clashing of waves has never once stopped.

	"Sal Viento Amidst Waves" You spent a few days in this deceased city. To be able to leave was already fortuitous. Are you sure you want to return? Condition: Awarded once all other Under Tides medals are obtained.
	First Aid Specialist Medal You worked hard to restart emergency aid buildings throughout the city. Is it too late? Nobody knows. Condition: Activate Emergency Aid Buildings 100/50 times across all SV (Under Tides) operations except SV-TR-1.
	"Three Hunters Are Walking on Seacoast Way" You heard their song. Should Gladiia not will it, even the most sophisticated recording equipment cannot capture these special vibrations. Condition: Add Gladiia to your roster during the Under Tides event.
	"Record Collector" You collected a large number of records from the ruins. They cannot fill your belly nor can they make a sound, but music still fills your head. Condition: Spend 4000/2400 Corrupted Iberian Record in Barter.
	Hunger Training Medal You endured hunger that most cannot bear. This may allow you to hold on a bit longer, but you'll still need to find food as quickly as possible. Condition: Complete all Try to Survive missions with the rewards collected.
	Tide Watcher Commemorative Medal You've caught a glimpse of the shadows flowing beneath the tide. It is but the tip of the iceberg. Your sanity has so far withstood this test. Condition: Clear all Deserted Saltivento operations (except SV-TR-1) with 3 stars.
	"The First Contact" You faced claws and fangs that do not exist upon this land. You've learned that emergency facilities can temporarily relieve the pain wracking your brain, but you are hesitant to rely on it. Condition: Clear SV-EX-6 with 3 stars and activating Emergency Aid Buildings no more than once.
	"Novice Survivor" You have already given enough. The challenges that lie ahead may defy your wildest imagination. Pray that you will survive until the very end. Condition: Clear all Choppy Ruins operations' Challenge Modes.
	Iron Will Medal You've discovered the unexpected temptation of giving up. The utility of the emergency facilities is declining. Is that because they are changing, or is it because of you? Condition: Clear SV-EX-7 with 3 stars and without activating any Emergency Aid Buildings.
	"Perseverance" You fully understood the appeal of those words. Your nerves have been thrashed raw, but your spirit remains indomitable. Finally, you have realized that it is not technology that can sway a believer, but rather the conviction of a soul that believes in itself. Condition: Clear SV-9 with 3 stars after activating Emergency Aid Buildings no more than once. Trimming condition: Clear SV-9 with 3 stars and without activating any Emergency Aid Buildings.
