Dusty Remnants Collectibles are introduced in Expansion II and can only be unlocked by meeting the conditions from that point; they will not be retroactively unlocked if the conditions are met before the Collectibles are introduced.

Increases the max. HP/DEF, RES, and block count of friendly units by 120%, 20, and 2, respectively.
One of the Collectibles that may be obtained from Encounter: Sublimation (can only be chosen while having 90-100 Light, requires Caerula Memory).
Having this Collectible will cause the player to enter 6F after clearing 5F with Glory of Humanity as the Dreadful Foe, which will complete the run with the Stella Caerula ending when cleared.

Unlock condition: Complete a run after Mizuki & Caerula Arbor's Expansion II.
