The Blank Suicide Note is a Collectible in Phantom & Crimson Solitaire.
His only wish was to escape the madman who wanted control over him. Now, he got his wish.
Effect
Disables the Big Sad Lock's ability to regenerate HP over time, making All I Ask of You (and by extension, reaching the Ridiculous Comedy ending) much less difficult.
Acquisition
The Blank Suicide Note is obtained from Encounter: Reprieve, which will only appear when the player have 
Useless Scissors and 
Worn-out Puppet.
Since Encounter: Reprieve? where the Worn-out Puppet is obtained (which itself is needed for Encounter: Crazy Puppets where the Useless Scissors is obtained to appear) will only appear in the following runs after the player had completed a Formal Investigation run, it is impossible to obtain the Blank Suicide Note before then.
