Item description
Increase the probability of Temporary Recruitment when using Recruitment Voucher
An artifact left behind by a "Crimson Troupe" member. The rumor has it that, before he joined the troupe, the "Shadow" was a Siracusan stage caster famous for his superb illusionary techniques. It is also said that he killed many members of the family during his performances with his Originium Arts.
Effect
When using Rec. Vouchers to recruit new Operators, Temporary Recruitment ones are more likely to appear.
Acquisition
The player must have completed a Formal Investigation run before the Shadow may be obtained from the next run through Encounter: Eccentric Hunchback by choosing to ask for it in exchange for 4
