Operator overview: Executor the Ex Foedere

Executor the Ex Foedere is the alternate 6★ version of Executor who is a Reaper Guard specializing in DPS.

As an alter Operator, the Ex Foedere is subject to the following mechanics:

  • Both Executor and the Ex Foedere shares the same Trust, but have different Potential, skills (as well as separate skill upgrades/Specialization training), talent, and base skills (as well as separate morale).
  • Both Executor and the Ex Foedere have their own outfits and dialogues, and are available separately as the player's Assistant.
  • Both Executor and the Ex Foedere can be present in one squad or the RIIC at the same time.

As a Reaper Guard, the Ex Foedere has an unusual range covering 1×3 tiles ahead of him and his attacks hit all targets within said range. However, the Ex Foedere cannot be actively healed by friendly units (passive healing such as Bard Supporters' trait will still heal him); to compensate this, he will restore 50 HP for every target hit in each attack, up to a limit equal to his block count of one or two from Elite 1 (thus if an Elite 1 Ex Foedere struck at least two targets with one attack, he will recover 100 HP no matter how many targets are hit). Since Medics and Guardian Defenders cannot heal the Ex Foedere, he must be on the lookout for hard-hitting enemies and those with Arts attacks due to his lack of RES and mediocre HP for a Guard.

Talents

  1. The Chosen One gives the Ex Foedere a chance to launch a second attack right after the first which is increased for every ammunition he expends while his skill is active, but will be reset when it expires.
  2. Empathy by Shotgun increases the ammo count of the Ex Foedere's skills by 1 for every Laterano Operator deployed, up to +4.

Skills

As hinted above, the Ex Foedere's skills utilize the Ammunition mechanic in addition to having offensive SP recovery.

  1. Testament Exacted comes with 8 shells which expands the Ex Foedere's range to the 2×3 tiles ahead of him (like that of Spreadshooter Snipers from Elite 1 including the original Executor himself), buffs his ATK, and causes his attack to ignore some of the targets' DEF.
  2. Close Combat comes with 12 shells which buffs the Ex Foedere's ATK and DEF, increases his block count by 1, and gives him a chance to dodge a melee attack at which he also replenishes 1 shell for Close Combat.
  3. Damnatus Ex Foedere comes with 16 shells which expands the Ex Foedere's range like that of Testament Exacted, greatly buffs his ATK which is further increased for every shell expended which can stack up to 30 times (this cannot be reached normally, however), and triples the HP recovery from his trait, but increases his attack interval. When Damnatus Ex Foedere expires, all enemies that the Ex Foedere attacks throughout its duration (assuming they survives) will receive heavy Physical damage.

Operator Module

The REA-X Module, Unanswered, increases the HP restoration on each hit to 60 in addition to increasing the Ex Foedere's ATK, DEF, and ASPD. Once upgraded, The Chosen One's proc chance is increased and the attacks also ignores some DEF.

Base skills

The Ex Foedere's base skills improve Factory efficiency in producing Battle Records while he is assigned to one.

  1. Notarial Hall Instructor α increases Battle Record productivity by 20%. At Elite 2, Notarial Hall Instructor α becomes Notarial Hall Instructor β with a higher productivity boost of 30%.
  2. Reasonable Utilization increases capacity by 4 while the Factory is producing Battle Records.

Summary

The Ex Foedere is a great Reaper Guard who can deliver massive damage at close ranges more effectively than other Reapers and Spreadshooter Snipers.

Seriously, Executor is now truly an angel with a shotgun fighting for what is worth in his eyes!
