Ceylon is a 5★ Therapist Medic who specializes in Healing and the welfare Operator of Heart of Surging Flame, awarded as one of the first clear rewards of OF-4 with 
Ceylon's Token awarded from the Capsule Machines. Since Contingency Contract Wild Scales, Ceylon can be obtained through Record Restoration.
What defines Ceylon as a Therapist Medic is that she has a wide range of 3×4 tiles with a 3-tile extension to the sides at Elite 1, but the amount of HP she restores are reduced to 80% when she heal targets further than 2×3 tiles with a 1-tile extension in front. Ceylon's ATK stands between Medical and Multi-target Medics, although her DP cost is higher than both the aforementioned Medics.
Talent
Lake Walker slightly buffs Ceylon's ATK that is greatly increased if she is deployed on operations featuring water tiles.
Skills
- Concentrated Hydrotherapy increases the HP restored on Ceylon's healing and removes the distance penalty when charged, which can store multiple charges at higher levels.
- Water Blessing buffs Ceylon's ATK, has her heal up to two targets at once, and applies Status Resistance to friendly units within her range while active.
Operator Module
The WAH-X Module, Field Research Equipment, gives Ceylon Status Resistance and Negative Taunt in addition to increasing her ATK and RES. Once upgraded, Lake Walker's ATK buff is increased.

Summary
Ceylon serves as a good introduction to Therapist Medics where her ability to heal allies from further away than other Medics, grant them resistance against Negative Statuses, and increased effectiveness while in aquatic areas more than compensates her drawbacks.
