Eyjafjalla the Hvít Aska is the alternate version of Eyjafjalla who is a Wandering Medic specializing in Healing, and only available from the Carnival limited headhunting banners starting from Cloudtop Lucid Dreams. Being limited banners, the "pity" system from other banners are not carried over to every Carnival banner, but to compensate that, the Hvít Aska has a 70% chance in Cloudtop Lucid Dreams to be the 6★ Operator that appears in a pull and can be purchased at the Certificate Store for 300 while a Festival banner starting from Cloudtop Lucid Dreams is up.

Being an alter Operator, the Hvít Aska is subject to the following mechanics:

• Both Eyjafjalla and the Hvít Aska share the same Trust, but have different potential, skills (as well as separate skill upgrades/Specialization training), talent, and base skills (as well as separate morale).
• Both Eyjafjalla and the Hvít Aska have their own outfits and dialogues, and are available separately as the player's Assistant.
• Both Eyjafjalla and the Hvít Aska can be present in one squad or the RIIC at the same time.

As a Wandering Medic, the Hvít Aska can remove Elemental Damage on friendly units when healing them, which she will do even if the friendly unit is at full HP, equal to half of her ATK in each instance and has a wider range of 3×4 tiles with 1×3 tile extensions to the sides from Elite 1. The trade-off to this, however, is that the Hvít Aska has low ATK, thus she is inferior to other Medics outside the aforementioned situations in terms of healing output, unless with two of her skills which vastly improves her healing.

Talents

1. Replenishing Mist applies a short-lasting buff on the healed friendly unit in each healing instance which gradually restores their HP and removes the Elemental Damage they suffered, which can be stacked up to three times.
2. Volcanic Ash Remedy buffs the maximum HP of friendly units within the Hvít Aska's range and reduces the Elemental Damage they took, which becomes more effective when Volcanic Echoes (see below) is active.

Skills

1. Soundless Sustenance permanently buffs the Hvít Aska's ATK, makes her heal a second target in each instance, and periodically removes Elemental Damage on friendly units within her range (including those that cannot be actively healed) once charged.
   • Soundless Resonance is currently the only way to remove Elemental Damage on units that cannot be actively healed (e.g. Musha Guards and summons).
2. Cloudmist Shelter has the Hvít Aska perform a healing on all friendly units within her range and covers them in a Protective Barrier that absorbs Elemental Damage received by friendlies within (which is shared across all units within range) for a short time.
3. Volcanic Echoes extends the Hvít Aska's range to the entire map (and by extension, applies Volcanic Ash Remedy to all friendly units on the map), changes her healing to become bursts of five with lower HP restoration and Elemental Damage removal but can heal multiple targets at once (which will be prioritized over a single target), and makes Volcanic Ash Remedy more effective while active.
   • Volcanic Echoes' healing bursts are notably capable of countering constant sources of Elemental Damage such as Dublinn Flamerazers and Basin Sea Reapers.

Base skills

1. Medic Expert α speeds up the skill Specialization training of Medics by 30% while the Hvít Aska is assigned as the trainer in the Training Room. At Elite 2, Medic Expert α becomes Combat Techniques: Wandering which speeds up the training further by 45% if the trainee is a Wandering Medic.
2. Volcanic Hot Springs Bath increases the morale recovery of Operators resting in the same Dormitory as the Hvít Aska by 6% for every Medic assigned to the RIIC, up to 3.

Summary

For her extreme rarity, Eyjafjalla the Hvít Aska is an excellent Wandering Medic and easily the best healing Medic, who can quickly and effectively remove Elemental Damage from her allies like having them take a bath in hot water, and pre-emptively reduce the amount of Elemental Damage that they take, while still having some of the highest healing amounts in the game.
