The seventh of the Annihilation operations, Flooded Seashore is just as difficult as the previous Annihilation operations with mostly Siracusan Mafia enemies that does not pose much of a threat, but they often came in large numbers at one time and also includes several Siestan bodyguards/Lungmenite mobsters which ups the ante further:

  • Bullies and Bulldozers, who prove to be a menace even by experienced Doctors due to the fact that they are counted as three enemies when blocked, meaning that they can only be blocked by units with a block count of at least 3, in addition to boasting a sheer stats. Thus, even if the player manages to block them, Bullies/Bulldozers won't go down easily.
  • (Desperate) Fanatics, whose ranged attack with their sledgehammer hits quite hard and can seriously damage, if not outright knocking out, most ranged Operators, though they are not as hardy as Bullies/Bulldozers. Still, the player must exercise caution as (Desperate) Fanatics will attack Command Terminals over friendly units!
  • Arts Masters A1 and A2; flyers whose attacks deal Arts damage and, particularly the latter, can be problematic for units with low to no RES and the Command Terminals.
  • Agent (Leaders), whose melee Arts attack temporarily reduces the victim's block count, which can be problematic if they either engage units with a block count of 1 as this will allow other enemies to move past the victim or against Bullies/Bulldozers which prevents them from being blocked even by Defenders unless if the victim can increase their block count; even then, they will also become unable to block additional enemies!
  • Enemy Sniper (Leaders), whose ranged attack Stuns friendly units every several attacks, so pay attention to the deployment orders carefully to avoid them from incapacitating the core Operators, which could become a severe headache particularly for Sniper Leaders who Stuns the victim for no less than 15 seconds!

The Unit Limit in Flooded Seashore is notably much lower than in other Annihilation operations as there are five Command Terminals (E10, F3, G3, G10, and H3; the ones in E10 and G10 are spawned later in the operation) which increases the Unit Limit by one each once activated. Note that Marksmen and Fanatics will attack Command Terminals over friendlies, so try to keep them out of reach from one or distract them if possible since the player will lose one Life Point in the event a Command Terminal is destroyed and enemies will be able to move through the tiles formerly occupied by the Command Terminals. Do note that even if a Command Terminal is destroyed, the Annihilation kill count will not be deducted and the Unit Limit increase will persist throughout the operation, so the player can sacrifice the Terminals if it would ensure victory.

Finally, Flooded Seashore feature water tiles previously seen in Heart of Surging Flame operations, thus Operators who benefits from those (notably Ceylon and Ch'en the Holungday) will receive an advantage.
