The "Blindness" is a Collectible in Expeditioner's Joklumarkar.
Item description
When Anti-Interference Index is at 0 to 1, moving horizontally or vertically will randomly grant you Objective Shield, Originium Ingot, Hope, Anti-Interference Index, or Foldartal
These days, there is no one capable of determining if they still retain the structure of a Sarkaz Royal Court, or if they still have a King within. The final memory that everyone can recall is the moment when a certain Cyclopes took off the black crown atop their head.
Effect
When the Anti-Interference Index is at most 1, entering a node will grant the following resources at random:
- 1 Objective Shield 25% of the time
- 1
25% of the time - 1
25% of the time - 1 Anti-Interference Index 15% of the time
- A random Foldartal 10% of the time
Acquisition
The player must have completed a run after losing at least 30 
(Objective Shields excluded) before the "Blindness" can be obtained from the next run.
