The Seed of Collapse is a Collectible in Expeditioner's Joklumarkar, added in its Expansion II.

Item description
Allied units have -15% ATK and Max HP

Traces of collapse have settled here, refusing to be removed.

Effect

Reduces the maximum HP and ATK of friendly units by 15%.

Acquisition

The player will have to obtain the Seed of Collapse on Prophecy: Reconstruction in the special floor on the first step, "Remove Collapsal contamination", if they are unable or opts not to spend 3 Anti-Interference Index (or give up Amma's Affection.png Amma's Affection if one has it).

Since the special floor can only be entered while having the Dimensional Fluid.png Dimensional Fluid, which can only be obtained from clearing Sandy Mirage that can only be entered by having Horizon Invitation.png Horizon Invitation, which itself can only be obtained after the player had completed a run from Joklumarkar's Expansion II, it is impossible to obtain the Seed of Collapse before then.
